We want you to love your order — but if something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without needing to explain why. To cancel, email info@twistedpagebookshop.com with your order details within this period.
After telling us you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Items must be returned unused, unread (for books), and in their original packaging where possible. If an item is returned in a condition suggesting it's been used beyond simply checking it, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect the reduction in value.
Unless the item is faulty or was sent in error, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Original delivery charges are refunded in full only if the entire order is returned; if you keep part of an order, the original delivery charge is not refunded.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at info@twistedpagebookshop.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement, exchange, or full refund, including any return postage costs.
Because "Blind Date with a Book" is a surprise/mystery item by design, the surprise nature of its contents is not grounds for return — but genuine faults or damage are always covered as above.
